ValArc Consulting is led by Syed Mohd Kashif, the Founder and Managing Director of ValArc Consulting. He has over seventeen years of experience in growth strategy, investment analysis, M&A, and business planning, having worked across organizations such as Tech Mahindra, Subros, Hero Group, Videocon Industries, DXC Technology, and NEOM DSV on strategic engagements spanning India, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and North America. Kashif has led assignments in evaluating and executing acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and growth investments across diverse industries. Kashif holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a B.Tech from AMU Aligarh and has passed CFA Level I.
ValArc Consulting’s core team includes MBA professionals, chartered accountant (CA), company secretary (CS) and legal counsel. This domain expertise helps us to provide specialized support across investment analysis, business research, M&A transaction lifecycle, fundraising and IPOs, regulatory compliance and strategy execution.
