ValArc Consulting is a strategy and corporate finance advisory boutique firm registered as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. Our Team
ValArc Consulting is founded by Syed Mohd Kashif, a corporate strategy leader with an MBA from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, a B.Tech from Aligarh Muslim University Aligarh. He has seventeen years of experience in growth strategy, investment analysis, M&A, and business planning. He has worked in companies like Tech Mahindra, Subros, Hero Group, Videocon Industries, DXC Technologies and NEOM DSV on dozens of strategic assignments spanning India, Japan, Saudi Arabia and North America.
Our team includes MBA graduates, CFA-qualified professionals, Company Secretaries (CS) and Lawyers who collectively bring deep expertise across investment analysis, M&A transactions, regulatory compliance, and business planning. By combining analytical rigor with practical industry experience, we help clients navigate complex business decisions with confidence and clarity.
